2. Types of data we collect: Emails

We publish a regular email newsletter, which is sent via our company email account. From time to time we also send other notices to the same mailing list.

People may become subscribers to the mailing list by a number of channels: a request via our website, by manually signing up to the mailing list (for example, at a conference), or by submitting their name and email address during the purchase process. Subscribers to the mailing list may also unsubscribe at any time by following the link at the bottom of every mailing. This process complies with Recital 47 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and with the e-Privacy Directive as direct marketing is a “legitimate interest” of the data controller. We do not sell, rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
